RESUMEN<\/strong><\/p>

Este ensayo es una adaptaci\u00f3n de la ponencia que present\u00e9 en la Semana de la Investigaci\u00f3n del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Superior CRE-SER. En \u00e9l reflexiono sobre la funci\u00f3n de los int\u00e9rpretes de lengua de se\u00f1as en el fortalecimiento asociativo de la comunidad sorda en el Ecuador. A partir de mi experiencia como miembro activo del movimiento asociativo y como profesional de la interpretaci\u00f3n, analizo c\u00f3mo los int\u00e9rpretes se constituyen en puentes de accesibilidad, participaci\u00f3n y empoderamiento colectivo. Tambi\u00e9n planteo los principales desaf\u00edos que enfrenta la comunidad: la escasez de int\u00e9rpretes, la ausencia de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas sostenidas y la necesidad de mantener un compromiso \u00e9tico que sit\u00fae siempre a la persona sorda como protagonista.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
